Team Vamos Eyeing MPLMY Season 15 Title
KUALA LUMPUR, April 17 (Bernama) -- Team Vamos are setting their sights on clinching the championship title in the 15th season of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL) Malaysia, which kicks off this Saturday.
Team Vamos coach Paolo Lobaton, better known as Paowee, said the team have undergone thorough preparations with hopes of going one step further this season, after settling for the runner-up spot last season following a loss to Selangor Red Giants (SRG.OG) in the grand final.
“The preparations went well and we also tried all the heroes during the training sessions.
“We know it’s not an easy task because we need to face SRG.OG and other strong teams, so we need to be fully prepared,” he told Bernama today.
Meanwhile, speaking about their opening match of the season against SRG.OG, Paowee said the reigning champions have the upper hand, having retained the same lineup from last season.
Even so, he remains optimistic that his team can pull off a win, which would provide a significant morale boost for the rest of the campaign.
“I believe we have a chance to win against SRG.OG this Saturday. The key is to focus on ourselves.
“The players should not put too much pressure on themselves,” he said.
This season, Team Vamos will be represented by Aleiff Adam Md Ariff (Smooth) in the EXP lane; Adriansyah Baihaqi Lesmana (Claw Kun) as the mid laner; Muhammad Nazhan Mohd Nor (Chibi) and Danish Tahqif Abdullah (Error 404) as junglers; Kenneth Sablande Barro (Nets) and Muhammad Hazril Haziq Khairol (Haxzz) in the gold lane.
Also part of the team is Mohammad Zul Hisham Mohd Noor (Xorn), who will take on the role of Roamer.
